The next day, I began to reconsider my decision. It would be pretty hard to find another bestest best friend. So, I decided to have a short chat with Julie. I walked fairly quickly, 'cause I was dying to talk.
Julie saw me, and rushed up to me. "Want to join Kanani and me?" She asked. "She and I are having the wonderfullest time! Oh Ivy, it's been just groovy with her. I've never had so much fun in my life! We were sharing secrets just now. You don't know how good it is to have a friend like Kanani Akina." She grinned happily. I scowled. "Then you just make her your bestest best friend forever!" I said.
Before she could say anything, I turned and ran. Tears streamed down my cheeks. I was sorry for my mean attitude, but I just couldn't forgive Julie and Kanani just yet! I only ran a short distance. I could still hear the two girls. There was silence for a minute, then Kanani whispered something. Then there was giggles. They were laughing!
I sighed, and sunk to the grass. Suddenly I heard a footstep in the grass! I quickly wiped my tears away and turned my head to see Julie! "Oh, hi." I acknowledged her quietly. "Ivy, you know, she's not my BBFF." I didn't look at her. "Didn't you know she's only my sister?" I turned. "Your sister?" I repeated incredulously. "Yeah. You know sisters are usually only honorable friends. Only a few become best friends." I smiled. "I didn't know. I'm sorry," I apologized meekly.
That day, I learned that true friendship cannot be broken. I know that Julie and I will always be friends, no matter what.

Very good, BBFF! I knew it would all work out. but, it is a rule in my family that siblings are all Best friends. Elliebob and her siblings are all BFF. All my sisters and i are best friends. You are my non-family BBFF! :) I luv ya BBFF! :) I hope you are not still shy around Kanani. :)

Oh, it's ok! :) I love your photo story. :) I really hope we can! Anyway, about the sleepover, I have a sleepingbag, and we could make another one maybe. You could make those, Spice. :) I bet it would be easy peasy. Mine is just warm cloth. You know. :) We should talk more later. :)
Yesh! I could make some out of a red striped fabric I have. You could bring your DVD player (scotty might not let me use his), and we'll make a fort!
Now all we gotta do is convince our moms to let us. :)
